    We considered everything from custom draperies to automated shades and blinds. As a retired carpenter, I was surprised by the lack of product knowledge displayed by the sales persons at the showrooms. We visited S&S, a small, neighborhood shop. The young lady who took care of us knew everything about the popular automated shades and curtains. When my wife asked about shutters, she said, "let me get right person for you to speak to." Perfect answer. All of our question s were answered and by the time we left, we had left a deposit on shutters. A home visit followed which sealed the deal. Changes made after the initial contract were handled professionally. The estimate of production time was accurate and the install team worked quickly, neatly and to my professional standards. I strongly recommend using S&S.
